A preprint is a draft of a scientific article that has been neither peer-reviewed nor published in a scholarly journal. Preprints are quickly becoming an integral part of research communication because they allow researchers to share new results faster.
Currently, Meta includes all preprints from bioRxiv, a free online archive and distribution service for unrefereed preprints in the life sciences. (In addition to supporting Meta, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative has partnered with Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory to support and build out bioRxiv.)
This video will teach you how to access preprints in Meta.
